Low speeds or no connection

Hello,

 

Some of the time the speed is very low (1mb to 2mb). Some time unable to connect.

Hi Shomel122,

 

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your service. Your sync speed seems to be consistent at around 40Mbps. Do you experience the slow speeds on devices connected to your router by Ethernet cable or wifi?

Its both. Wired smart tv and mobile on wifi
