MS Direct Access doesn't work on new home hub

I see post relating to the Home Hub, but no easy solutions.

 

am also having this problem. My internet kept dropping so i was sent the new HomeHub, now I can't work from home remotely and access MS Direct Access which is part of my job! Please help asap.

If it helps, I have the new Sagem hub and I also use MS Direct Access to work from home. It works OK for me. Although it can often drop out.

Thank you. I have the kidsafe prorgramme on, and have unticked this to see if it made a difference and it didn't. I look forward to hearing from you guys.

Please can you try factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds and testing this again?
