Missing Amazon Voucher

We placed our order for your superfast broadband for £17 a month on 22 November 2018, much more than 90 days has now passed and we have not received an email about how to claim the £60 voucher. I have emailed uk-talktalkvouchers@awin.com several times but had no response. Can you help?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
