I have signed up in September to a broadband plan with the promise that a voucher will be available in 90 days of the subscription. However, up till now I still haven't received the coupon. Can you please follow up? Thank you.
Unfortunately The offer was for our Fibre package, you purchased Fast Broadband package , meaning that you are ineligible for any vouchers.
I can only advise that you follow our complaints procedure to dispute this.

There must be a misunderstanding here. I have attcahed the confirmation email, which clearly states that the offer is for the fast broadband plan.
If you could follow up I would be very grateful. Thank you!
