Good morning. Last night my internet stopped working and my modem/router is flashing amber. We can intermittently find the Wi-Fi on our phone settings however with no connection.
I think it’s a modem problem as I’ve Trouble shot and checked all connections and they are all fine.
I did register for priority assistance as I have a disabled son and I need to send medical reports daily to his hospital care team.
without any working internet and the current health situation this leaves him very vulnerable.
any advice would be greatly received as I can’t get through to anyone.

I have ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
