My gran is moving house and the house has no phone line socket it appears. I've looked on the website to contact TalkTalk about this but can't seem to.
Could anyone give me some advice? Do I contact TalkTalk or OpeanReach?

You would not contact Openreach yourselves, that would be handled by TalkTalk
