My new router / wifi hub hasn't been delivered

I've recently moved address and signed up to talktalk for another 18 months but still waiting on my new super broadband hub.

They don't always send these with new contracts if your old one still works fine (despite wording that suggests it's part of the deal), @1therobster.

 

Staff will clarify when they come back, Monday-Friday.

Ok, thanks. I was certain I was getting the latest "super" router with my new contract, I will try to contact them to confirm.
