The router for the broadband supposed to come on 27th of March. Never came so never went alive. Direct debit payment taken. Couldn't get I contact doesnt matter how many times we call. Finally got in touch last week and was told the router will be there in 3 days. Never came have been 6 days. Cancelled the direct debit. Getting emails everyday to set up the direct debit. So frustrated , paid for nothing and getting emails to pay more.
