My top box has been slowly stopping working (not recording a programme, not able to pause the tv, recording a 1 hour programme but recording for many many hours only to find it has actually recorded nothing, unable to watch old recorded stuff etc etc)but after rebooting many many times and doing the maintenance service, the top box has given up altogether. I cannot get it out of wake up mode at all now. How am I able to ask TalkTalk for another box. I tried phoning them but couldn't get through. Has anybody any idea what I can do?

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
