Sorry for the delay

 

The reason for the increase on your fist bill was due to the wrong discounts being applied at the time of the service going live, This has since been rectified and also I can see that the overcharge has now been credited to your account. 

 

Because of the credits and the switch to the correct discounts your latest bill is much lower, I can be certain that from now on your monthly amount will be what you agreed £24 (unless you make chargeable calls)
