New WIFI not activated

Hello

I have ordered a new broadband package for my new house, we have received the router and plugged it in but still have no internet access. It says my go live date is 20th April, but would someone please be able to activate it sooner seeing as the line is already installed and we already have the router?

We are working from home due to Coronavirus so need internet access ASAP.
