Can you please send me a new router.
For the past 6 months and is getting worse my sagemcom router 5364 router is not always showing the WiFi ssid names. Meaning I cannot connect to the router via wifi. I have tried factory resetting and have seperated the 2.4 and 5ghz names. I have to either restart router or leave it and eventually they will appear but sometimes only 1 frequency (sometimes hours later). It's the same for all devices I try to connect to wifi. The router fibre connection light stays connected and all ethernet connections continue to work as normal so is purely a wifi issue. I am not surrounded by other properties so it is not wifi congestion!?

Hi I think the replacement router is faulty because it's alot worse. Keeps dropping connection to all devices now even ethernet and keeps losing fibre connection? At least with the old router it kept the fibre connection and only lost the WiFi but this replacement is constantly losing connection and WiFi ? Can you send another Or an alternative router please.
