New router still not enabled

Always been a customer for landline only 

Just  moved home and changed Package to landline and fast fibre broadband , was told phone would be installed following day and router would arrive following day 

12 days later phone line finally installed and router arrived 

phone works ok however still cannot to wifi 

have reset router to no joy 

please can someone advise what to do to get wifi working ! I’ve been billed last 2 weeks and had no service provided!! Not happy and may cancel it all and go elsewhere

What problem do you have with the router, what light(s) are showing on it ?. Does it work with wired devices ?

 

For one of the TalkTalk OCE's on this forum to be able to look into this you will need to update your community profile to include your name, landline telephone number & alternative contact number. This will allow them to identify you, and they will then be able to help.

 

Don't post any personal details in this thread, just add them to your community profile.

 

Then they will hopefully be able to respond to this post tomorrow.
