No Broadband and Poor Service

I have had no service for several days now and all customer services are closed down and sending out texts about looking on websites to try and fix it yourself.  I have contacted other service providers and they are ALL contactable, but TalkTalk appear to have gone for radio silence. Can someone please say how are we supposed to get our service, back up and running if there is no one there to support us?
