Received router earlier in the week got our live date as yesterday so like the letter said we waited until today to set it up despite loosing Internet connection yesterday afternoon. All instructions followed but all the router is showing is a SOLID AMBER light (which means there's an internet problem) Waited 30mins then unplugged it for another 30mins, started it back up but still got the same result. Tried connecting the old router but that didn't have any Internet connection either. Now got the new one plugged back in but still a solid Amber light and no Internet connection. Please can something be done, thank you.
