Service Centre says i need to ring or chat - its after 10pm and noone to speak to?
Down detectors have flagged a huge problem?
What is the problem? I am having to use a hotspot to send this.
There is nothing in the Service Status to indicate a widespread problem. Downdetector always shows something wrong for every ISP. Have you checked for any issues on the voice side? What are your router lights showing?

Service Centre is not updating. Talk Talk Support shuts at 10pm - so not sure who is attending to this issue.

Yep - seems to be some parts of the UK that is affected
