I moved in my home on the 1st of april. I picked the same plan as the previous tenant and it worked fine untill the 14th. But now my internet is not working. It says it needs an engineer but I have the same connection and plan as the old tenant. I really need the internet to do my job.
Can it be turned on again. I checked last week with the connection check of talktalk and it stated then I was connected and gave me the correct phone-number. The plan is faster fiber.
