Hello, We've lost connection at some point today. Our router now just has orange lights flashing. We've tried turning it off and waiting 10 seconds+ before turning it back on but that does not solve the issue.
Please can someone assist?
Have you tried the Service Centre via the Service Status link at the top of the page? Are there any issues with your landline service? Subject to that the support team here will pick this up as soon as they can when they are back online on Monday.
I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see that there have been re connections on the line.
Is the connection still dropping at the moment?
