I’ve just joined Talktalk, go live should have been yesterday. As of this afternoon we have no broadband at all, but do have telephone (so far!). Talktalk Helpline, chat and text are all closed.
We are both working from home, and without connection we will lose our business. Can anyone help us get the problem fixed please?

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.
Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then try and connect again after this?
Is the router also connected at the test socket?
