Hi, yesterday evening our fibre broadband went off and the router had a flashing orange light. It also says on my devices that sign in is required.
I have checked all connections and tried turning it off for 30 mins but no change.
Also can't get through on live chat today.
Can anyone help please?
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Do you have a dial tone? Do you have an alternative router that you can test with?
