We switched from EE to TalkTalk fibre broadband. Unfortunately, we can not open any website after the go-live date of the 4th of May. I can not do my work from home, and my son can not do his homework. TalkTalk suspended message me service and nobody reply to my enquiry form and email. So Disappointed!
No internet, no response continuing..... Waiting for the problem to be solved.

My housemate can use WiFi on his laptop, mobile and other devices perfectly, but I can not.
Do you know any reason for that?
