A faulty router was diagnosed and a new one has just been delivered. This appears to have sorted the no internet issue, however, there is no dial tone on the phone line?

No, have heard nothing from Openreach. Only contact I've had is from Talktalk by text.

Apologies, Openreach have now closed this fault requesting that we arrange an engineer visit to the property.
I'm just sending you a Private Message to confirm some details so we can arrange an engineer visit.
Openreach never turned up. The phone is still not working and now the internet has cut out again.
The fault ticket states that a fault was repaired, and line tests are now coming back as clear.
