I seem to be having a recurring issue where internet drops out and I can't regain a connection. This is happening weekly. Last week I had an engineer out who couldn't find a fault and then the internet magically worked again. It has happened again today and I've booked an engineer for tomorrow through the online chat, but I don't understand why this keeps happening if the engineer finds no issue. I have a 5C master socket with a dsl filter.
