Spent all day today with the exact same circumstances as stated above. Fibre account was working fine until yesterday, contacted TalkTalk tech support initially via chat where it showed an old account as my service, had to use my post code to find fibre circuit, no internet with vlan 36 error in the logs and after hours of fault finding no further forward with an engineer booked 2 weeks away!
