i’ve just joined the Talktalk Broadband. The engineer visited the property dated in 24th March 2020. However, we still couldn’t connect to internet. We’ve tried to connect with service centre via phone call, text, e-mail. But we couldn’t. We have to work from home using internet recently. The internet access is absolutely essential for saving my job.
please let us know how to sort it out.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line tests have detected a possible fault at the cabinet so I have escalated this straight over to Openreach for a line engineer to investigate.
We should receive further updates within the next 48hrs.
