No internet connection

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded to faster fibre and I've also moved it to my new home.  Today it should have taken over the previous connection but doesn't seem to have been activated as of yet?

 

It went live on the 1st of April and the move should've been today. To add, my new router has yet to have been delivered even though yodel claim it has been 

 

The router is showing blue but when I try to connect I get a message saying that Broadband service not enabled, contact provider for activation date.

 

I require this for my job as I'm working from home so it's kind of urgent I get this working as soon as possible
