We have had no internet nor phone since Sunday 17May.
We are both over 70 and isolating, with all that entails, but when we speak to the technical ”help” people all they say is that it is planned engineering work by Open Reach and it is out of their hands. Despite repeated assurances that the “management” would contact us on 3 occasions they haven’t.
We seem to be going round in circles with no resolution feel completely powerless as TalkTalk do not appear to have the will to resolve it. Any ideas as to how we can get our internet/phone back on line
