No internet or phone

Hi 

Royce was dealing with my internet yesterday, but I couldn’t get back to him as was I was at work. He has done line testing and that is ok. I’ve tried the inner connection of phone socket and there is no output. So I am assuming that it could be possibly the outside connector. Is it possible to send Openreach to check  please?

I’ve used the online testing in my Account and I got a text message that a open reach engineer will visit in 2 to 3 days. Is there anything I should know about this visit?

Apologies for the delay.

I can see that the fault has been raised to Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer.

We should receive further updates later this afternoon.
