Royce was dealing with my internet yesterday, but I couldn’t get back to him as was I was at work. He has done line testing and that is ok. I’ve tried the inner connection of phone socket and there is no output. So I am assuming that it could be possibly the outside connector. Is it possible to send Openreach to check please?

I can see that the fault has been raised to Openreach and is under investigation with a line engineer.
