Signed up to Fibre a few weeks ago as coming to end of contract.
Placed order 9th July for Fibre and new router at £30.
Went live 23/7, all very smooth.
No router turned up though and no £30 charge on my latest bill.
I didn't get any email confirmation after placing order nor did I think to take a screenshot. Postal welcome pack had just standard information.
Cannot afford £120 (!) for a new router from your shop, i'd like the original order honoured so a new router sent at a charge of £30.

I can see the contract has been renewed and all is as you say.
I'll get the router out to you at no charge for the inconvenience caused.
