Our Network Team have asked if you could re connect the HG633 router to the line?

 

They have also asked if you can power down the HG633 router for a full 30 minutes once it has been connected to the line.

The connection looks stable currently and the sync is remaining at 49.5mb

 

Have you noticed an improvement since switching to the other router.
