Hello. After months of slow fibre, drop outs and 2 engineer visits, it was decided we had a faulty HG633 hub.
After talking on live chat they agreed to replace our hub.
Today I received delivery of the new hub but was disappointed it's a DSL 3782, not the new WiFi hub. After 5 years being a customers and paying for months for a service we are not getting, the least I expected was the WiFi hub I was promised on live chat.
Live chat couldn't help and said a manager would call me back. I never received the call back.
Please can someone help me with returning this DSL router and sending the WiFi hub I was promised on live chat? I'm getting so so tired of this. I've already lost 2 days work this week waiting for engineers, which during a pandemic is really not great.
