On sky adsl and ordered fibre nearly 3 weeks ago from talktalk, meant to go live yesterday but no change. Live chat this morning after about 20 mins said order stuck in system!, basically nothing done!
'I have investigated the order and found that there reason why your services are not working is because the order is stuck within our systems and I have raised an escalation to the Service Management team. This issue will be resolved in the next 48-72 hours, we do apologise for the inconvenience.'
Is this normal and will it get resolved?
Luckily sky have not pulled the plug!
Thanks for the update, glad its gone live.
If was have taken the number away from Sky there system should recognize it and close the account.
I would advise making contact with them anyway to double check.
