Not received Welcome Pack and I think I'll need an engineer.

So I am due to have my services go Live on the 28th April 2020, which is less than a week away now. I still haven't received my Welcome pack which is a little disconcerting and I think I may need an engineer, please correct me if I'm wrong. 

 

The house used to have BT (whether it's Fibre or not I don't know, it was their Smart Hub as it's still in the house from an old tenant.) and then had NowTV which was cancelled by the last tenant here. 

 

So I've opted to have Faster Fibre installed here with TT and as far as I know, won't I need an engineer to change the connection at the Green Box on my road and then check the connection inside the house as I cannot recall there ever being a Fibre Connection in this house? 

 

There is an Openreach MK4 Filter and a master socket 5C upstairs on the first floor of the property.
