I have an outstanding complaint and was last contracted by a Complaint Manager on 5/4/2019. Since then I sent an email requesting an update to the status of my complaint (15/4/2019) which got the standard automated response, but nothing else. Essentially things have gone totally silient regarding my complaint. I was therefore wondering if an OCE could prod the complaints team, even if it is only for them to issue a Deadlock letter.
