[OCE] Speedboost not added after renewing my contract

Hi,

I renewed my contract recently and took up the £26 Faster Fiber with the free £5 speed boost for 18 months offer.

I can see on my account page that my new contracts gone live but the speed boost has not been added and it's not showing anyway on the package page and my speeds (37 Mbps down 9 Mbps up) are exactly the same with no increase.

It looks like I've been put back on the same Faster Fiber contract and the 18 months free speed boosts part of the offer hasn't been added correctly.

Hi Lee, your post has been flagged for assistance and you should hear during the day. Have you tried rebooting your router?

I can see that the speed boost was missed off the order.

 

I have added it this morning so your speeds should increase in the next few hours.
