I followed the help article and the track order page says.
You don't have any open orders to track right now.
Check how your order is progressing, track your parcel delivery or reschedule your appointment.
Your order summary page will be displayed, showing you:
Your order details
The current status of your order
The estimated service start date
Your engineers appointment (if applicable)
If your equipment has been dispatched & the delivery date
Your parcel tracking reference number (if applicable)
But if i go onto the service status page i get.
We're working on your fault
You have a BrightSparks engineer visit booked.
The engineer will arrive at the time confirmed on the SMS you received.
I think i need some help with this
The internet has been on for three days now and seems to be back to normal, so i would be grateful if you could cancel the Brightsparks engineer that is booked for the 24th September.
