Phone apps not working

Hi there, we switched to Talktalk broadband a few days ago. Since then apps like Facebook and Twitter wont work through the wifi. They work if we switch to 4g. Same with both phones. Does anyone know why this is happening? And how to fix? Thanks

Do the apps work on a wired connection?

Have you checked Homesafe in my account? Some of How to turn off homesafe settings block apps.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your service. Have you tried Divsec's suggestions?

Hi I have the same problem, everything works fine apart from Facebook, Facebook messenger and sometimes WhatsApp. Some people say it is the router and have been sent out a new one. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
