How many telephone sockets do you have? What other devices do you have connected in addition to your router?

 

Does your master socket have a Test Socket?

 

Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service such as noise on the line?

Only 1 master socket which does not have a test port.

Filter, router and landline phone connected.

No problem or noise on phone line.

This socket should have a test socket under the face plate, would it be possible to connect the router and phone at the test socket using a microfilter so I can run another line test?

Thank you. I've completed a further line test which is still showing a possible fault.

Further to Openreach engineer visit. Did some tests, fitted new master socket and disconnected an extension cable. Line is working to optimum, but download sync speed is stlll below guaranteed minimum

But I am 350mtrs from FTTC

The line test is now clear so DLM should start to increase the sync speed.

 

Please can you leave the router switched on without rebooting and we can check the connection stats in 48hrs to see if DLM has increased the speed?
