ive received a new router from you today after having some problems with the previous one. I have set it up but I need you to update the firmware (it’s presently running SG4K10001400t from 2017) .... I need the new firmware updated in order that I can assign static IP addresses which I understand the latest firmware has the facility to do. I have reset the router in anticipation this can be done quickly.
