Over the past few months my fibre speed seems to be getting worse and find that I'm having to power cycle my router every other day. I find that once my boys have stopped and played online games I really struggle to stream YouTube/Netflix. When I power cycle the router all services are resumed until next time.
I have mainly been monitoring this using a mobile app but I have tested this using the master phone socket and laptop but the performance is still poor.
I pay for the fibre speed boost or something similar so would expect more.

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault. Which router are you using? (make and model) Does this affect both wired and wireless connections?
Thanks for confirming this. I've checked and the router currently does have the latest version of firmware. Would you like us to send a 3782 router for testing purposes to see how the connection compares?
