Poor connection issues

Hi,

I've been having poor connection issues and have run a few traceroutes which produced bad results (between 200ms to 500+ms.

 

I've tried rebooting my laptop, games console and router, but no change.

 

TalkTalk Support please investigate and if you need a copy of my traceroute result please let me know.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and your line is in sync at 66.1mb.
