Port forwarding issues

Hi,

I've just today flipped over to TalkTalk with full fibre (500mb) and i'm trying to set up port forwarding with issues.I'm trying to port forward Plex(It shows as off but sometimes when i refresh it is shows on? web ui really isn't great for me), as well as 80 & 443 for websites I host but can't get it to work. See below images; The bottom image shows what I see most of the time, it shows the opposite status for 'Enable' then sometimes shows the correct.

Router details:

TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K10001400t

I am not an expert in these matters, but I can see that the firmware on your router is out of date. This should update automatically in the small hours within a day or two. If it doesn't, or fails to resolve the problem, then do let us know.

Managed to fix it!

The UI works flawlessly in Internet explorer (Imagine it'll get better with firmware updates)

It's because I had external host set, when it should be empty and like below;
