How can I request this to be activated fromTalkTalk ? There doesn't seem a simple way to contact you to get this started. Telephone response only possible for 'vunerable' customers at present. If a TT staff member reads this perhaps some information about who specifically to contact would be helpful.

If you log into your My Account it should advise if fibre is currently available for you and also allow you the option to upgrade in My Account.
Are TalkTalk really taking orders for BT FTTP ?
I thought that was a future plan except for a small trial.
Apologies for the confusion, I read the title as upgrade to FTTC or FTTP instead of from FTTC to FTTP. Once it is available from us then we'll update our Sales Site and My Account.
