I have joined up and my account says there is problem with my order and to call 0870 444 1820. I cannot speak to anybody when calling but there is no additional info on what is wrong with my order. I am meant to start my wifi tomorrow 7th April but no router has arrived or no emails sent to let me know what is happening.
