Had a open complaint for well over a year now had nothing but issues since signing up to fibre broadband now it comes to a ceo manager calling me back for the trouble and to refund me i have been waiting 14 business days now when i was only tood to wait 7 to 10 day so i ring this morning like i have been every day then they tell me today to wait another 5 working days the service at talk talk is terrible and the way they treat there customers is terrible too i have never heard so many lies in my life

Ceo manager call back my eye who are they the fbi cant even get a direct number to them talk talk has been taking my payments for 13 months with non stop issues i have had 5 engineers out all doing the same thing finally they send me the most up to date router out and problem fixed 29th of January i opened my case to a ceo manager and still nothing terrible service
