I have recently moved house and arranged to transfer my TalkTalk account. During the period before the move, I received notification that all was good. I then got notification that I asked to leave TalkTalk and then got notification that someone was taking over my line.
The move went 'smoothly' but since then TalkTalk keeps sending me letters to return my equipment addressed at my old location. I am now getting emails stating the same:-
We've not yet received your broadband equipment
You recently let us know you wanted to return your broadband equipment but we haven't got it yet.
