Reconnecting WiFi

I need to pay my outstanding bill for my WiFi to be reconnected. When I try and pay it says that my account is being handled by an external company. If I pay will I be reconnected or do I have to wait to speak to someone

@Charlie28 so u have an outstanding bill i would pay it.

 

if u need help now then call or use live chat the team on here will be a few days to get this sorted 

 

but u say wifi so does ur broadband still work trying to work out what is going on from what u said???
