Reduced speed

Hi

I've reported a reduced speed from 70mbps to 30mbps since March 23rd.

I keep getting replys saying it's been fixed but obviously it hasn't. I've had this in the past and it's been corrected by rebooting my system from the service centre.

I'm paying for fast fibre and not recieving it.

I can see a fault was raised to Openreach to investigate the issue and an engineer was working on this yesterday and has retained the job to continue work today. 

 

The next update by Openreach will be available tomorrow. If your service has not yet been restored by then, please reply to this post and we will check the update for you.
