I recently just moved property and wanted to carry on my talk talk but they didn’t do there services in my new build so they charged me a cancellation fee but because it wasn’t my fault they said they would refund me the money and I still haven’t received it and I can’t ring up with everything going on at the minute, any ideas?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
